Harcourts Prime Properties Pacific Beach Owner, Christian Castner is seeing tremendous success in the real estate market in terms of closed listings and settled income. He is setting the bar high for not only agents within his office, but agents across the entire Pacific Coast. To name one of his recent achievements, Castner placed 13th out of more than 750 agents for the Harcourts Top 20 Sales Consultants at their 2017 Annual Awards ceremony.
Castner originally made the move to Harcourts four years ago in search of a better value proposition for his agents, and to get involved with the Harcourts Auctions platform. Now, he can proudly say he has currently sold more luxury auction properties than anyone in the United States.
“Having the auction platform was extremely appealing to me, because I knew the value in having different methods of selling real estate,” mentions Castner.
Harcourts Auctions is available to all Harcourts agents interested in getting auction accredited. The platform is best known for their sellers achieving higher prices in less time and allowing buyers to have a transparent process when purchasing real estate.
“As a REALTOR®, my focus is always making sure a potential seller makes the best decision possible for the process of selling their home,” states Castner.
“Any alternative method in selling real estate gives our sellers options, and when they have options they can make a better decision as to what process will likely lead to a better sale.”
Through putting the value of his clients first, Castner has grown his own success receiving numerous awards through the Harcourts Quarterly and Annual Award ceremonies. He recently placed 6th overall in the Harcourts Top 20 Sales Consultants for the Quarter along with his 13th placement overall for the year. In addition, Castner was honored with Harcourts Auctions awards for Top Sales Consultant for Listed Auctions, and Top Sales Consultant for Closed Auctions.
As mentioned earlier, Castner is most proud of having the most sold luxury auction properties in the United States with well over 50 listed and closed auction properties under his belt.
“I’ve learned a skillset that helps pull every single penny out of the marketplace and it has become one of my biggest assets,” Castner shares.
When asked about other aspects of Harcourts that has helped grow Castner’s business, he responded with, “Having an international platform is notable because every seller wants international marketing.”
He also mentioned, “The close-knit camaraderie amongst the agents is huge. It’s a great environment for new agents to learn, and for seasoned agents to take their business to another level. Not to mention, the ties.”
