Harcourts Northwest held their Quarter One Awards Ceremony last week at The Sheraton Portland Airport Hotel on April 27th, 2018.
Westley Williams, agent out of Harcourts Prime Properties Newport Beach and 3rd place recipient in the Harcourts Pacific Top 20 Sales Consultants Awards category, traveled up north to speak as a guest at the Harcourts Northwest awards ceremony. Here, he was able to share about his approach to generating such a high volume of sales considering it being just his second year in real estate.
“Westley was extremely well-received, sharing exactly what he did to find success and what his work schedule consisted of, which is simply hard work,” discusses Regional Director of Harcourts Northwest, Rick DeLuca.
Following the session from Williams, were the awards which recognized Harcourts agents and offices for their efforts during 2018’s first quarter.
Landing at the top of the Top 10 Sales Consultants list, was Jennifer Maben, Broker/Owner out of Harcourts Real Estate Network Group. Along with this recognition, she also claimed the Top Listing Agent for the quarter, giving her a clean sweep in both agent award categories.
An additional standout from the night was Victoria Wriglesworth, agent out of Harcourts Real Estate Network Group, who has only been in the business for less than two years and finished the first quarter in 2nd place for Top 10 Sales Consultants.
“It's exciting to be a part of an organization that supports its agents in every way to reach their highest potential,” comments Wriglesworth.
As for the office category awards, earning the number one slot for top office in total gross revenue for the quarter was Harcourts The Garner Group. This team was led by Shelley Griffin, who grabbed 4th place in the Top 10 Sales Consultants category and 2nd place in Top Listing Agent for the quarter.
“It was really great to have so many of our agents win awards,” chats Sara LaFaver, Co-Owner of Harcourts The Garner Group. “It took all of our agents pulling together to achieve this level of success.”
